 What a week!
Thankfully, Miss Boudreau, our awesome student teacher, was here to hold down the fort!
First Grade continued to talk about how we can help the environment.
They did a special project that went with the book, The Lorax.
PreK - Grade 2 had a great recycling presentation.
Students engineered and coded with Lego Robotics in Library-Media.

First Grade News and Pics of Week Ending 4/14/23

This is the weather we have all been waiting for...sorry skiers! 

We read books and did some writing on taking care of the Earth this week.

We cleaned up the entire playground with our peer helpers.

We finished up our rainforest unit.

We learned to play Kahoot...ask your child about it.

Fourth Grade came and presented insect research and read poems to us.

It was a great week!

Newsletter and Pics From Week Ending 4-7-23

 Hi!  Students are coming home with all of their snow gear that might have been still in their lockers today.

 Fingers crossed we are done with the snow and cold! 

This week:

We made bunny baskets and got a few surprises in them. 

We wrote stories about an incredible egg we found.

We did more research on the Blue Morpho Butterfly.

We started talking about our environment and how we can help it.

We painted paper eggs and made handprint bunnies.

We had our last Swim/Gym/Gymnastics Lesson.

We had Flex.

Next week is our last week before April Vacation.

News and Pics from Week Ending 3/31/23

Hi! It's hard to believe we into April now!

We are learning about the rain forest and taking

an extra close look at the Blue Morpho Butterfly.

Many first graders stayed after school Wednesday

 to visit the Williams Family Farm.

They taught us to tap trees and turn sap into maple syrup.

We had our third PE at the Old Town YMCA. 

This Tuesday will be our last one. 

We did some movement math as we practiced our subtraction.

It was a great week!
