FIRST GRADE NEWS 12-13-19

Hi. This will be our last newsletter of 2019. It’s been wonderful working with you and your children so far. I’m looking forward to even more fun learning opportunities in 2020! There will be no Progress Notes until after break. There is too much excitement in the air and everyone is trying their best! We will be starting the New Year learning about space. Start looking up at the beautiful sky each night. This is always one of the kids’ favorite units.

HERE’S WHAT’S BEEN HAPPENING...

We’ve been putting the miles in traveling the globe this week! We mixed up all the Pre-K through Second Grade students into four multi-age groups. Each group will travel to a different country each day and learn about it. We even have passports! Ask your child where they’ve been so far. We will continue our travels next week!
It has been so much fun listening to all of the kids’ wonderful family traditions. We still have a few more next week. Thank you for all your help in preparing your child for their share.
