GRADES 1-2 NEWS

Hi! Our CIRCUS, CIRCUS practice is going great! We have quite the performers
in our room! Next week is a busy one for us with lots of special visitors. We have
the Anah Shrine Clowns coming on Monday, Firefighter Pete on Thursday, Mr. Wardrop teaching us about Arbor Day on Friday morning and the Main-E-Acts Twirling Team performing Friday afternoon. Please remember on Friday we will be walking to the
river to plant trees. Your child will need sneakers, no sandals. You may want to put sunscreen on your child before s/he comes Friday.

We enjoyed having two guinea pigs, Squeak and Butterscotch, visit us today. They
were very well behaved. Thank you Anna for sharing your special friends with us!

* Monday, May 28th - Memorial Day - No school.

* Wednesday, May 30th - Spring Concert - 6:30pm.

* Friday, June 1st - CIRCUS, CIRCUS t-shirt money due ($10).

* Thursday, June 7th - CIRCUS, CIRCUS Musical at 1:00 and 6:00.

* Thursday, June 14th - Step Up Day.

* Friday, June 15th - Field Day. Last Day.
