Hi! Our first three days went well! We are getting to know the classroom, our schedule and each other. Lots of papers came home the first day. Please get them in a.s.a.p. Thank you to those who already did them!
We had a fun walk to the Penobscot River today. If you’re looking for an outside activity this weekend, take a walk down there. It’s beautiful!

Each child was assigned a Chrome book to use through sixth grade. The kids were so excited! I have bookmarked my Portaportal for them. You can use it at home, too. Just go to www.portaportal.com and use the guest password, VCS2. It has lots of websites on it. Our classroom blog is also bookmarked. They liked being able to go on and see what pictures have been put on so far.
