The Big Rain Storm on Thursday gave us a reason to dress cozy
and get out some new building toys to create with!
We had fun using the light table, Lincoln Logs and Building Spheres.
Of course, we also got out the dress up clothes!
Our imagination grew like crazy!
We LOVE inside recess and Friday Finish Up and/or Fun time!

We read the book THE LEGEND OF SPOOKLEY THE SQUARE PUMPKIN.
We wrote about what makes us unique, created our own pumpkins
for our classroom pumpkin patch and made edible Spookley pumpkins!
Mrs. Logan got some great pics of some first graders raking at recess.
The kids are having a blast raking leaves!
