Hi! It's beginning to feel like Spring! We will be sending home all snow stuff next Friday. I'm giving it one more week to make sure we are done with it. It is still cold at recess though. Keep those winter coats out or warm Spring ones.
Gymnastics, Gym and Swim was lots of fun! We have three more Thursdays!
We are still learning about the rainforest. Ask your child about what the parent poison dart frogs do with their tadpoles!
We worked with measurement and geometry in math. We measured lots of big things with markers. We learned about how shapes have defining attributes and non-defining attributes. We also practiced using fact families.
We read some bunny books and painted paper eggs. We wrote about the eggs. We colored paper Peeps and then rubbed baby oil on them to make them look liked stained glass windows.
