It was so cool to see the snake skins that one of our classmates brought in.
It fit in with our rain forest unit perfectly!
We started something new in reading!
We are now reading a book or two chapters and responding in a journal about what we read.
We get to read free choice books after.
As a response to the book, THE UMBRELLA by Jan Brett we made rain forest umbrellas!
We are learning lots about rain forest animals from our classmates.
We keep what we learn in our journals.
We will hear from more of our friends next week.
Kindergarten showed us what they have been doing with their Lego kits...very cool!
